The ONE Group's Accountancy & Finance Division is partnering with a leading international manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering - Work closely with Commercial Directors to achieve financial KPIs, including revenue, profitability, AR management, and forecast accuracy.
• FP&A Leadership - Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Data-Driven Insights - Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions at BU and customer levels.
• Performance & Cost Analysis - Interpret commercial, operational, and financial data to deliver clear, actionable reports on sales, profitability, and cost centres.
• Financial Advisory - Challenge, guide, and communicate financial insights effectively to drive informed decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the sales budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and proactive scenario analysis.
• Financial Modelling - Develop models for pricing, new products, and investment decisions.
• Commercial Finance Support - Establish financial controls, analyse contract margins, and provide ad hoc reporting.
• Project Monitoring - Support financial tracking and KPI measurement during execution and conduct post-investment analysis.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background in business partnering and FP&A with a track record of influencing decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing and international trade is highly desirable.
