Finance Manager

Are you a qualified Accountant who would like a role that offers hybrid working and career progression?

Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team due to the ongoing success and growth of the business, part of a national group.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance and have a team of 3 direct reports. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts accurately and to deadline.
  • Managing and monitoring project data to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Managing, coaching and supporting the team, overseeing their workload, setting clear expectations and fostering excellent morale within a high-performing environment.
  • Submission of monthly CIS returns and quarterly VAT returns.
  • Administering the monthly payroll in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Assisting during annual audits and year end.
  • Supporting in the implementation of a new software system - COINS.

You will be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified and have previous successful team leadership experience, excellent management accounts and reporting skills with strong organisation, communication and accuracy.
