Finance Manager

Are you a qualified Accountant who would like a role that offers hybrid working and career progression?

Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team due to the ongoing success and growth of the business, part of a national group.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance and have a team of 3 direct reports.Responsibilities include:

Preparing monthly management accounts accurately and to deadline.

Managing and monitoring project data to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Managing, coaching and supporting the team, overseeing their workload, setting clear expectations and fostering excellent morale within a high-performing environment.

Submission of monthly CIS returns and quarterly VAT returns.

Administering the monthly payroll in collaboration with the HR team.

Assisting during annual audits and year end.

Supporting in the implementation of a new software system COINS.

You will be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified and have previous successful team leadership experience, excellent management accounts and reporting skills with strong organisation, communication and accuracy.
