Job Title: Technical Paraplanner

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Kettering

We are working with a well-established Independent Financial Planning firm with offices across the Midlands and London who are currently growing and therefore looking for an Experienced Technical Paraplanner to join their friendly team. Our client has a strong presence within the industry and pride themselves on their forward-thinking nature and boutique services.

This company provide advice across a diverse range of case types to both private individuals and corporate clients on cases such as Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and IHT. Therefore, the role will be very varied and this firm ideally looking for an individual who can fit within this and employ their technical knowledge and develop their career further.

The Role:

As a Technical Paraplanner you will be directly working with the Financial Planning Administrators and supporting the Financial Planners of the business with your day-to-day including production suitability reports, creation of cash flow forecasts using FE Analytics and Cash Calc and assist with other relevant technical paperwork.

Alongside the day-to-day role, you will have a comprehensive training structure set out to assist your development within your career, with internal progression being a key part of their business. This firm heavily invest in growing and developing talent whilst providing a family feel environment, with regular social events.

The Required Skills:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent is essential. Working towards Level 6 is preferred.
Proficient using I/O and other CRM systems.
Experience with client interaction on phone, email and in person
Ambitious individual looking to join a leading Independent Financial Advisor
Excellent communication skills
