The role offers a salary of £12.50 per hour and includes 27 days of holiday, pro-rated for shift work.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Are you a counterbalance driver who can easily get to Kettering? If so, ACS Staffing Solutions wants to hear from you as we have an FLT driver role available from 8PM to 6AM four days a week.As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating the forklift in a busy manufacturing environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols. You will ensure that materials and parts are delivered to the correct areas in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:

Relocate, load, and unload stock using a Forklift Truck.
Operate the forklift within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Utilize additional equipment such as scanners to assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
Palletise goods, ensuring proper wrapping and strapping.
Stack and store palletized goods efficiently.
Conduct daily checks and maintenance of the forklift truck, ensuring all checks are completed and recorded.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and working environment, at all times.
Perform general housekeeping duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A valid counterbalance forklift license.
Previous experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
A driving license is not essential but is a benefit.
