Forklift Drivers – Reach and Counterbalance

Location: Desborough, Northamptonshire

Shift Patterns Available:

• Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Rotating shift)
• Monday-Friday 22:00-06:00

Pay Rate:

• Days £12.12 p/h
• Nights £14.12 p/h
• Overtime paid after 37.5 hours

Igloo is currently recruiting Forklift Drivers for a client in Desborough, Northamptonshire. We are seeking candidates with valid Counterbalance and Reach licences. If your licence has expired, don’t worry - our client offers in-house refresher courses to get you back on track.

The Role:

• Load and unload containers and trailers.
• Safely store stock in racking.
• Retrieve products from racking for order pickers.
• Working with the order pickers to keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Some heavy lifting involved, so will need to be physically fit.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (in-house refresher courses available if your licence has expired).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Commutable from: Corby, Kettering, Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Rushden, Wellingborough.
