About the Role:We are looking for a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to join our team in Kettering on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves working outdoors for the majority of the time, so we need someone who is comfortable working in all weather conditions. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- General yard duties to keep the area organised and running smoothly.
- Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials as required.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
- Full UK driver's license (essential).
- Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
