Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and ensuring student engagement
- Adapt to different classroom settings, quickly establishing rapport with students and staff
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students' learning needs, providing feedback and encouragement to promote their development
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning for students during teacher absences
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
- A positive, flexible attitude, with a commitment to supporting every child's educational journey
- Availability to work on short notice and a willingness to take on various teaching assignments
