Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16:30pm (30 minute break; as no one stays in the office even a minute past finish time).

The Role / Responsibilities:
Client turnovers range from small OMBs to medium-sized groups with turnovers of up to £55m.
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a wide range of turnover in a wide range of sectors.
- Preparation of business and corporate tax computations.
- Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts.
- Liaising with clients to collect documentation and information.
Qualifications / Requirements:
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who does not require any training on the job.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in practice in all aspects of accounting, taxation, management and compliance.
- ACA / ACCA Qualified / Part-Qualified.
- Experience of OMBs, Medium-sized business accounts, including the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to solve problems using own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and IT skills, specifically Excel.
- Ability to check work for accuracy and have good attention to detail.
- Ability and will to travel to client's premises.
