We are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join the property administration team to help to manage the large portfolio of properties across the Kettering area.

Your friendly manner will be essential to deal with tenants and landlords via email & phone. You will gain maximum exposure to the industry and learn hands-on what it takes to successfully manage the property maintenance on a large portfolio of managed properties.

Therole will involve resolving issues, organising maintenance, managing sub-contractors, booking gas and electric safety checks and associated paperwork according to legal compliance.

Great customer service is essential as well as a friendly telephone manner and confidence.We require great organisational skills, time-management and the ability to work independently whilst cooperating with the rest of the team to deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords.We're looking for someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking, articulate, a great communicator and a strong team player.

The day to day aspects of the role briefly include:
- Resolving maintenance issues for properties under management
- Liaising between landlords, contractors and tenants
- Ensuring full legislative compliance (training provided)
