We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Administrator to assist with our recruiting activities. As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the hiring manager or executive recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties and planning workforce for our client needs.

We are looking for an efficient person who will take over office management for different pattern shifts. Will be responsible for supervising e-mails, bookings and contact with customers.

Hr department duties:


Complying with Uk law regulations for contract employees

Dealing with the day to day admin office duties

Complying alongside other departments for audits on site or remote audits

Attending with interview for new employees

Complying with international law regulations

Keep update all the company accreditations including renewals

Complying with all ongoing and upcoming company projects

Attending managers meeting

Solve internal matters between colleagues

Hiring or dismiss employees in accordance with management and CEO

Motivate the internal Staff

Travelling Abroad when needed accordingly with at least one month advance notices given from the management/CEO.


Salary paid weekly.

To ensure success as a HR Administrator you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Tracking open positions using recruiting software.

Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes.

Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.

Conducting initial phone screenings.

Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.

Managing the resume database.


Requirements:


Bachelors degree in human resources, business, communications, or similar field.

Previous experience working as a Junior Recruiter.

Knowledge of recruitment softwares and database systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced interpersonal skills.

Critical thinking skills.

Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.

Excellent decision-making skills.

R&V Group Ltd is looking for recruiter and office operator for day/back/night shift, on rotation shifts 06:00-14:00, 12:00-20:00, 00:00-08:00 14:00-22:00, 09:00-17:00 and 22:00- 6:00.

To be able to cover shifts from Monday to Sunday based on business requirements.
