An international group, selling into the food, environmental and agricultural markets across the UK & Europe requires a proactive Internal Sales Executive to maximise their growth potential. A hybrid role, based in Corby.

BASIC SALARY: Up to £45,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Executive

As our Internal Sales Executive, you will be reporting to our Area Sales Director, and predominantly selling to Quality, Technical and Process improvement type people. We are a small team in the UK with an established customer base and desire for growth. Our group have over 200 colleagues across Europe as well as 3 manufacturing sites in France and Italy. This is a technical sales role and comes with a high level of autonomy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Sales Executive

Your main responsibilities will be:
· Working closely with our marketing team to identify key players and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification.
· Outbound cold calls and emails by data (i.e. LinkedIn) and support the sales team with customer mapping activities.
· Routing qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
· Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects and updating the CRM (SalesForce) accordingly.
· Interacting with customers after sales concerning lead times for customer and any after sale services required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive

We're pretty open to your background and industry experience. What's most important to us is you'll be self-motivated, with great communication skills.

You must also:
· Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Have proven success within a telesales, B2B environment
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal skills at all levels.
