KS1 Teacher

Job Title: KS1 Teacher

Location: Kettering

Contract Type: ong Term with the option to go perm

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

130 - 170 per day (depending on experience and role specifics)

Start date: ASAP (following successful clearing process)

Must have a valid and enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

Simply Education are working with a number of schools in and around the Kettering area who require additional teaching support. Therefore we are looking to recruit a KS1 Teacher to be able to work on a supply basis.

The KS1 Teacher will be required to deliver pre planned work provided by the absent teacher to students in Years 1 & 2 and therefore the KS1 Teacher will need to have an excellent understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

The KS1 Teacher will required to completed all marking from classes that they have delivered on that day, however, there will be no planning responsibilities and therefore this position offers a great day of work / life balance.

- You have a real passion and drive to support the learning of young people

- A strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum

- Safeguarding Knowledge

- Strong classroom management skills and comfortability with potentially working with SEN.

- Experience of working with young people & QTS
