Location: Kettering (with responsibility for a printing site in Watton, Norfolk)

Salary: 42K - 47K
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure that our organisation adheres to essential processes and procedures, maintaining compliance with industry standards. Based primarily at our Desborough facility, you will also oversee compliance at our printing site in Watton, Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- ISO Standards Management: Oversee compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards, managing documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that our organisation remains compliant.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare compliance reports and provide evidence for audits.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understand and comply with requirements.
- Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Compliance Management, ideally in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administrative background
