Sales Administrator required to join a busy manufacturing team at a specialist organisation based in Kettering, Northants. The company supply special purpose machinery to customers in the UK and overseas.

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week and involves customer contact from both a sales and logistics perspective.

Main responsibilities:

  • Efficient handling of customer communications
  • Processing and progressing of sales returns, freight and courier services
  • Various administrative and sales related activities

  • GCSEs or equivalent in both English Language and Maths
  • A tenacious and can-do attitude
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Customer service experience

Desirable experience / attributes:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems
  • Experience of sales administration or a similar role
  • Experience in the use of email ticketing systems
