Interaction recruitment are currently looking to recruit 4 yard banksmen for a newly relocated client based in Kettering.
This is a 4 on 4 off role consisting of 12 hour shifts.
We are looking for 2 x 06:00-18:00 and 2x 18:00 - 06:00 for 24/7 coverage
The ideal candidate:
- Organised
- Has experience of managing drivers
- Can co-ordinate a busy transport yard
- Must be able to work alongside security and loading whilst observing site rules
- Can act as the go-between between client and customer when it comes to the yard.
- Must be physically fit as this person will spend a lot of time on his or her feet
