Interaction Recruitment is seeking to hire 4 yard banksmen for a newly relocated client in Kettering.
The position offers a 4 on 4 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, specifically 2 shifts from 06:00-18:00 and 2 from 18:00-06:00 for continuous coverage.
Candidates should be organized, have experience managing drivers, and be able to coordinate a busy transport yard while adhering to site rules.
The role requires physical fitness as the banksman will be on their feet for extended periods and will serve as a liaison between the client and customer.

Interaction recruitment are currently looking to recruit 4 yard banksmen for a newly relocated client based in Kettering.

This is a 4 on 4 off role consisting of 12 hour shifts.

We are looking for 2 x 06:00-18:00 and 2x 18:00 - 06:00 for 24/7 coverage

The ideal candidate:

Organised
Has experience of managing drivers
Can co-ordinate a busy transport yard
Must be able to work alongside security and loading whilst observing site rules
Can act as the go-between between client and customer when it comes to the yard.
Must be physically fit as this person will spend a lot of time on his or her feet
