Previous experience as a Picker Packer is essential

Role of a Picker Packer:

Order picking products
Picking using a voice automated system - training provided
Use mechanically operated equipment
Will include some heavy lifting
Work to standard warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.

Picker Packer role details:

Salary: £13.80 - AM shift; £14.80 - PM shift; £15.80 - Night shift
Overtime £17.25/h AM -shift; £18.50/h -PM shift; £19.75/h -Night shift
Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00
Location: Kettering, NN14
Duration: Ongoing Full-Time Role
You must be able to commit to 4 consecutive days of training before a part time rota
Part time rota must include weekend working on at least 1 weekend day

As a Picker Packer, you will need to have:

Good communication skills
Able to follow instructions
Ability to give attention to detail
Previous experience as a Picker Packer or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential as Full training is provided.
