An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Manager to join a well-established, industry-leading company in Kettering. This well established manufacturing business with a proven track record. The HR Operations Manager will play a key role in this journey, helping to create a forward-thinking, people-first environment whilst sometimes "challenging convention".
About you:
This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in change management. A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management is essential, along with a proven track record in a senior HR role and manufacturing, although not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build positive working relationships. Professional, confidential and conscientious capable of working independently, they will bring a proactive approach to improving HR processes and fostering a positive, healthy work culture.
The Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Job:
The HR Operations Manager will oversee all HR operations, ensuring policies, programs, and practices are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. From recruitment to compliance, the successful candidate will ensure HR initiatives contribute to a vibrant and innovative workplace culture.
- Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Review and refresh company policies, addressing areas where practices may have become outdated.
- Manage compliance across all HR activities and support business standards, including quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Officer on incident management and investigations.
- Oversee payroll systems, health & safety, and compensation benefits.
