Our client is seeking an experienced HRBP for an immediate start FTC. This role offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for all people-related matters, driving improvements in business performance through effective people management solutions. The successful candidate will have the chance to design, develop, and implement solutions within the HR framework that add value and deliver required business changes in a legally compliant, expedient, and cost-effective manner.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner on a fixed term contract, your role will be pivotal in providing HR advice to the Site Manager and their management teams. You will work closely with the Site Manager to create and deliver effective survey action plans. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the Learning & Development team in delivering Personal Development Plans for all managers. You will also play a key role in managing long-term sickness cases alongside Occupational Health. Your ability to align organisational structures with business goals will be essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities. Your role will also involve delivering projects in line with legal obligations and company values.

  • Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams.
  • Partner with Site Manager and act as first point of contact for all people related matters.
  • Work closely with Site Manager to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered.
  • Ensure development of individuals identified and delivered in conjunction with L&D team.
  • Support L&D team in delivery of PDP's for all Managers.
  • Work closely with Occupational Health to effectively manage long term sickness cases.
  • Ensure organisational structures are aligned, up to date and support business goals.
  • Effectively manage the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities.
  • Delivery of projects in line with legal obligations and company values.

What you bring:

As an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, you bring proven experience in advising on HR associated matters such as grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence etc. Your experience in organisational change is highly valued. You possess high attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent organisational skills. Your adaptability and flexibility allow you to thrive in various situations. You are positive, credible, able to build trust, respect and openness among your colleagues. Your inquisitive nature allows you to challenge existing processes and bring about improvements.
