Currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a new office environment in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This is a full time, office based, permanent opportunity, with a salary offering between £28,000-£30,000per annum, with both quarterly bonus and commission.
This Account Manager role would be ideal for an individual who has worked in either a B2B or B2C environment. An individual who is experienced in managing relationships, retaining business, reaching out to lapsed business and building new business opportunities.
This opportunity will see you responsible for managing already active accounts, converting both inbound and outbound enquires, retention of existing customers and attracting new customers, by being proactive in your approach.
Responsibilities and Duties for this Account Manager opportunity:
Manage and build long lasting relationships with already existing accounts in the business
Building and managing own pipeline on business opportunities and considering timeframes on success
To deal promptly and professionally with Inbound and Outbound telephone calls
To retain customers by building strong relationships and offering exceptional service to match their needs
Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Support and work alongside the wider sales team, offering new ideas to marketing and growth opportunities
Skills and Experience required for this Account Manager role:
We would ideally like experience of working in an account manager and customer service role, involving an element of selling to businesses or customers
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Effective organisational skills in order to plan own work on a daily basis
An excellent communicator, particularly over the phone
High degree of self-motivation and time management
Resilient, persistent and tenacious
