Description
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.* Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with business needs.* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and requirements documentation.* Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.* Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementation, integration, and testing efforts.* Develop data models, workflow diagrams, and system architecture documentation.* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.* Provide ongoing support and training for stakeholders as needed.* Over time, take on project management responsibilities related to eCommerce initiatives, including website building, dropshipping setups, and replatforming
Profile
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, preferably in a technical environment.* Communication Skills: Outstanding communication with a proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving.* Project Management: Understanding of Project Management principles, with experience in managing own projects.* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.* Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with system integrations and data analysis.* Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.* Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or equivalent.
