Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and servicing of heavy commercial vehicles.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently.

  • Work on both company-owned and third-party vehicles.

  • Ensure all work complies with legal and safety standards.

  • Complete service records and documentation accurately.

  • Work independently, maintaining high standards without supervision.

  • Communicate effectively with fleet managers and customers, providing updates on vehicle status.

  • Maintain aclean, organized, and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HGV servicing and maintenance.

  • NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot confidently.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
