- Answering customer queries via telephone or email
- Processing of customer account applications
- Customer account maintenance
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Cash posting
- Bank reconciliations
- A high standard of numeracy and accuracy
- PC literacy and proficiency with the use of MS Excel and Word, SAP experience would be preferred but not essential
