The Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Administrator, you will be a key part of the support team, ensuring smooth processing of mortgage and protection cases. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for Mortgage Advisers and Clients.
- Managing administrative tasks such as handling post, booking appointments, and maintaining databases.
- Communicating with mortgage providers and insurance companies to ensure a seamless process.
- Producing suitability letters and keeping records up to date.
- Working in a friendly, office-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to support clients effectively.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
