Stores Coordinator
23,500pa + Annual Bonus, NN16 8BG, 30 days holiday, 8am till 4.30pm M-F, Pension, Parking, Training
Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:
- Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system, recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for despatched orders
- Data Entering of POD information onto database (SAP)
- Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring services levels, highlight any issues to management
- Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival
- Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive
- Updating excel spreadsheets daily
- Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required
We would expect the successful Stores Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Despatch position.
You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 50 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly with the Spares Manager & Stores Assistant, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
