We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our enthusiastic team.

The role is best suited to someone who has previous kitchen / kitchen management / junior sous chef experience, or a chef who has worked within the industry and looking for the next step up in their career. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

You will be working closely with our Head Chef, Sous Chef and Kitchen Team supporting them with the day to day running of our kitchen. Our food is all cooked from fresh so the ideal candidate would have a background in fresh produce. There will also be opportunities for you to have an input with your own dishes on our menu.

Key Duties:-
- Help in food production and culinary activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Supervise and train kitchen staff

Experience Preferable:-
- Solid experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Strong team management and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
