The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor joining this award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality matters, including:
- Development land
- Freehold property
- Dealing with commercial lenders
- Agricultural property
- Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
This is a role with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career. On top of that, you’ll have first-class support from an award-winning marketing team, to assist with business development opportunities.
About You
- You will be a qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE ideally but candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply)
- My client is keen to speak to individuals with strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions
