Night Operations Manager Kettering£40,000 per annum + Bonus
Role Profile
Our client, who is a FTSE100 company, is looking to source an experienced and dynamic Night Operations Manager, to be based within their Kettering operation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for c.40 colleagues. Responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to, staff disciplinaries, planning, retention and training, health & safety, effective communication, site security, meeting company KPIs. The successful candidate must be driven, commanding, assertive, and confident, with impressive man-management skills to run this time-critical operation.
Skills & Experience
With a thorough understanding of the Logistics process, you will have a proven track record of managerial experience within a similar environment. You will have a strong personality, with an ability to work on your own initiative. A natural leader, you will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
