Warehouse Team Leader roles available in Kettering (NN14 1UB) working Monday to Friday for a global digital solutions company on a long term basis with potential to go permanent!As Warehouse Team Leader you will be working Monday to Friday with fantastic benefits, career progression as well as free onsite parking and good public transport links including a bus stop just three minutes’ walk away!!Pay: £16 per hour plus £15 allowance (£18.00) per PM shift workedShifts: Monday to Friday - the following shifts are available, however you should be able to start on 8am-5pmAM: 6am-2pm (0600-1400) PM: 2pm-10pm (1400-2200)As Warehouse Team Leader you will be working in warehouse environment as part of a team supporting a well known retailer!! Your role will involve the following:
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers.
  • Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site.
  • Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff.
  • Managing approximately 10 staff members including Warehouse staff and VNA/FLT Drivers
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate knowledge using MS Office applications
  • Experience of working as Warehouse Team Leader or similar
  • Proven experience in leading a team of 10+ warehouse staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience.
