- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers.
- Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site.
- Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff.
- Managing approximately 10 staff members including Warehouse staff and VNA/FLT Drivers
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate knowledge using MS Office applications
- Experience of working as Warehouse Team Leader or similar
- Proven experience in leading a team of 10+ warehouse staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience.
