Job Title: On-Site Recruitment Onboarder
Location: Kettering, UK
Salary: 26,000 - 32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of On-Site Recruitment Onboarder. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team members, providing training and support to ensure they hit the ground running. Your proactive and professional approach will be key to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team
- Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support to new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles
- Act as the first point of contact for new staff, offering guidance and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a high standard of candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and organized records of onboarding activities using computer systems and software
Key Requirements:
- Recruitment experience is ideally required or experience in a similar role
- Comfortable teaching, training, and supporting individuals at various levels
- Must hold a full UK driving licence, be over 25 years of age, and have at least one year of UK driving experience
- Strong computer literacy is essential, with the ability to use software effectively for record-keeping and communication
