What You Will Do:

  • Manage and prioritise the Directors' schedules, ensuring efficiency and effective time management.
  • Handle all travel arrangements, visas, and necessary documentation for the Directors.
  • Oversee the Directors' expenses, ensuring accurate and timely management.
  • Act as a point of contact, managing emails and tasks to completion, prioritising as needed.
  • Organise team meetings, town halls, and away days, adhering to company policies.
  • Support the smooth operation of the office, including health & safety governance, office maintenance, and event coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
