- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts and site activities.
- Provide guidance, technical knowledge, and support to staff as needed.
- Be flexible and willing to engage in operational, hands-on tasks to support the team when required.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong aptitude for learning are essential.
- Experience in managing contracts and understanding health and safety is beneficial but not a deal breaker.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office and tools for project management.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Telehandler certification.
- Knowledge or experience in the water utilities industry.
- Recognised water industry qualifications.
- SSSTS or EUSR certifications.
