Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer or similar with a background in Building Services looking to join a rapidly growing company, with excellent progression into Management roles where you will be able to build out your own design team?

This company, established over 20 years ago now have a headcount of over 100 staff, and a 22million turnover. Due to the continued expansion of their design projects, they are looking to add a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to their team. Specializing in building services, they offer full turnkey solutions to a range of industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry.

In this varied role you will be hybrid, with the opportunity to work 2 days at home. You will join a lively team, working with other Senior designers on heating, cooling and ventilation designs. You will undertake design calculations and write specifications as well as occasionally visiting sites, liaising with key clients.

This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career development within a company that values their employees professional development and progression.

The Role:

Hybrid role (2 days from home).
Design of heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
Work with Senior Design Engineers.
Progression into Senior Management roles.

The Person:

Mechanical Design Engineer or similar.
Background in Building Services.
Commutable to Kettering.
