You will be the first port of call to new and existing customers at the start of their journey. You'll engage with our clients to create custom, high-quality design solutions tailored to their specific needs. 聽 Your key responsibilities are: 路 Developing new and current customer relationships to progress and enhance product sales. 路 Creating quotations for customers by selection of appropriate product models, dimensions, capacities and options to suit their operational requirements. 路 Processing builds orders to our factories using our PDM system. 路 Use of 2D and or 3D drawing software (we use SolidWorks) to create product installation drawings. 路 Analysis of assembly and component drawings. 路 Liaising with the Service, Spares and Accounts departments to ensure a smooth Sales process 聽 PERSONAL SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Customer Service - lifting, tail lift, logistics, transport, hydraulic ramps 聽 As a sales person, you will have great people skills and a passion for sales and 聽customer satisfaction. Ideally, as our Internal Sales Executive, you will also have a passion for technology and / or Engineering. 聽 Either way, you'll demonstrate: 聽 路 Knowledge of Mechanical and Electro / Hydraulic Engineering. 路 Experience using CAD or similar design software, but any experience is welcome. 路 Great time management skills prioritising workload according to factory lead times and client time scale. 路 Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. 聽 If you are a qualified Mechanical Engineer to HNC level or above this would be advantageous. 聽 THE COMPANY:聽 We are a tail lift manufacturer and distributor with over 50 years if experience in our sector.
