REED are currently working with a highly regarded primary school based around the Kettering area, supporting them recruit a qualified HLTA to start full time from January 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and deliver teaching activities to pupils, covering PPA and teacher absence• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2• Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure excellent pupil progress• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups• Assist in creating a positive learning environment• Support assessment and recording of pupil progress• Participate in playground duties and school eventsEssential Requirements:• HLTA status or higher teaching qualification• Proven experience working across primary age ranges (Nursery – Year 6)• Strong literacy and numeracy skills• Excellent classroom management abilities• Good understanding of the primary curriculum• Experience in planning and delivering lessons• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
