JOB DESCRIPTION: Compliance Coordinator, Quality Assurance Coordinator - FCA, regulatory, compliance
Reporting to our Head of UK Regulatory Compliance, you will support the delivery of core compliance assurance activities. You will contribute to the maintenance of Compliance Monitoring Plans and related Risk Models to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will:
· Support the implementation and review of compliance policies and processes, with a focus on FCA Consumer Credit and Data Protection requirements.
· Assist in delivering compliance training for new starters and ongoing sessions for all staff.
· Help manage compliance projects, ensuring key tasks are completed and teams are aligned.
· Help ensure the business maintains FCA authorisation, including thorough audits and on-site visits.
· Provide regular reports and updates on compliance findings and improvement plans to senior management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Compliance Coordinator, Quality Assurance Coordinator - FCA, regulatory, compliance
Ideally, you'll have experience within a compliance, audit, quality assurance, consumer credit role, but we will teach you the core fundamentals to ensure you have the knowledge needed to be successful in this role.
Ideally you'll be:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong overall IT skills, enabling efficient document handling, data analysis, and reporting.
· Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
· A positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
· Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities independently.
