Sonic Summary

The position is for a Senior Planning Officer based in Kettering with a hybrid working model.
This is a 12-week contract with a pay rate of £16.63 PAYE or £20.93 UMBRELLA for a 37-hour work week.
Candidates should have experience dealing with major planning applications, including large scale residential and commercial projects.
Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development is also required, along with the ability to present applications to the Planning Committee.

12 weeks contract

Rate: £16.63 PAYE or £20.93 UMBRELLA

Work 37 hours weekly

Experience in dealing with major planning applications.

Large scale residential projects, large scale commercial and other complex projects.

Experience of EIA development.

Required to present applications to Planning Committee.

Hybrid Working - need to visit sites and developer meetings dependant on projects being handled, either face to face or teams meetings.

Start date ASAP.
