In the role you will work alongside another Chartered Building Surveyor in Kettering, primarily focused on commercial property building surveying. The workload is varied and requires candidates to travel to sites to take surveys, complete insurance valuations, calculate costs and handle project management. This position offers a balanced blend of site and office responsibilities, with the freedom of hybrid working.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a Chartered Building Surveyor or in the process of completing your APC with post qualification experience and a commutable distance from the office.
