The Role

As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll play a key role in the lettings process, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property enquiries and providing professional advice to clients.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and securing agreements that benefit all parties.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Coordinating move-ins and ensuring properties are presented to a high standard.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to support long-term business growth.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and changes in lettings legislation.
  • Handling tenancy renewals and assisting with property management issues when required.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.
