Due to growth, we are now recruiting for a member of staff for our Kettering office. We are interested in speaking to people with no experience to those that have performed well in previous recruitment roles and are looking for their next step.

What is the role?

Initially an Administration role with scope to learn more about our practices as you work with senior members of our team, the role will develop to that of a recruitment consultant.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business, including visits to clients, negotiation of fees and delivery of the service required in finding staff to fill the clients needs.

You will qualify and interview candidates as well as identify their potential and look to place them in their next role.

You will manage your own administration, under guidance from the senior team member, as well as processing timesheets for temporary staff under your management.
