Dunbar Education is seeking a motivated English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Kettering on a long-term or permanent basis. If you have a passion for teaching English and inspiring young minds, this could be the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable).
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to different learning styles.
- Monitor and support student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
- Contribute to the wider school community and English department initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of UK classroom experience as an English Teacher.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and student success.
