Key Responsibilities - SEN TA - Kettering, Northamptonshire

  • Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting
  • Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
  • The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons

About you - SEN TA - Kettering, Northamptonshire

  • Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
  • SEN experience is desirable
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
  • Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
