SATS Specialist

Dunbar Education is delighted to be working on behalf of a thriving primary school in Kettering, seeking a passionate and experienced SATs Specialist Teacher. As a SATs Specialist Teacher, you will:

• Deliver focused teaching in English and Maths, tailored to the SATs curriculum.
• Use your expertise to develop targeted strategies and interventions that drive pupil progress and confidence.
• Identify gaps in learning and implement effective plans to address them.
• Collaborate with the Year 6 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching across the curriculum.
• Use data to track progress, monitor attainment, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs.

We are seeking a SATs Specialist Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
• Has a proven track record of raising attainment, particularly in Year 6 or SATs preparation.
• Is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential and building their confidence.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Is eager to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact in a dynamic school setting.
