Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with SEN/PMLD.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN/PMLD.
  • Strong understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs) best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
