Chartered Building Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a successful and growing consultancy in Kettering.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success by providing expert advice and delivering high-quality surveying services to clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, ranging from commercial and residential to heritage and public buildings.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects, maintenance requirements, and compliance issues.
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation assessments, and feasibility studies.
  • Providing expert advice on building regulations, planning applications, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Overseeing and managing projects, including contract administration, budget control, and quality assurance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all parties

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • Preferably a RICS qualified Building Surveyor
  • Relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Organisational skills
  • An analytical mind

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable DOE)
