We are looking for a talented Site and Workshop TIG Engineer to join our dynamic team, where quality, safety, and customer service are at the core of everything we do.

About the Role:As a TIG Engineer, you'll be fabricating, welding, and installing a variety of high-quality products based on customer specifications. Working closely with our workshop and project teams, you'll ensure that everything is built to the highest standards, with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in maintaining our "right first time" ethos while contributing to process improvements and reducing costs and wastage.

What You'll Be Doing:- TIG Welding & Fabrication: Create and install products using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium based on detailed design drawings.- Work to the Highest Standards: Ensure the quality of your work is always top-notch, whether working independently or as part of a team.- Be a Problem-Solver: Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance workflow, product quality, and efficiency.- Represent the company: Uphold our commitment to excellence in all client-facing work, maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For:- Relevant TIG Welding qualifications/experience.- Experience in fabrication with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.- Ability to work to tight production deadlines with accuracy.- Pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining safety standards.- Flexibility to work overtime or at different sites as required.- Full driving license and reliable transport.

Desirable Skills (But Not Essential):- Experience in the food production industry.- CSCS Green/Blue Card, forklift, or first aid training.- Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
