As a Deputy Ward Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting junior staff and students
- Ensuring high standards of care for patient's mental and physical health
- Acting as a role model and providing leadership
- Working effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Supporting with recruitment and retention
- Conducting risk assessments and writing reports
- Ensuring compliance with Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations
