Skills Required for Deputy Operations Manager:
- Experienced Senior Authorised Person
- Significant experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the power generation or engineering sector.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with compliance, risk assessments, and safety management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational improvements.
