Day to Day Duties
- Manage customer projects from design through to installation and commissioning
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and manage material procurement
- Oversee cost control to ensure profitability and project success
- Work closely with production and operations to ensure efficient site and manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards
- Provide technical support and input to the sales team and customers
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in project and technical engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD design and site services
- Familiarity with health & safety and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience in SME engineering/fabrication environments
- Experience with fitting and servicing equipment
- Ability to motivate and manage a multi-skilled workforce
What training is provided?
- Ongoing training on the latest design technology and industry standards
- Support in professional development to enhance project management skills
